Frank DeCicco also known as Frankie D and Frankie Cheech was a New York mobster and labor racketeer for the Gambino crime family. He served as Gambino underboss from 1985 until his murder by car bombing in 1986. DeCicco was the son of Joseph "Boozy" DeCicco from Benevento, Italy, an alcoholic soldier with the Gambino family. DeCicco grew up in Bath Beach, Brooklyn, but lived as an adult in Staten Island, New York. His younger brother is capo George DeCicco and his two sisters are Betty and Marie DeCicco. Although married, DeCicco had extramarital relationships with many women, including the wives of fellow mobsters. Frank had two children, Frank Jr. and Vincent.
