Dylan is the only boy living in the tiny Welsh town of Manod. His parents run the Snowdonia Oasis Auto Marvel garage - and when he's not trying to persuade his sisters to play football, Dylan is in charge of the petrol log. Once a month, a morale-boosting masterpiece would be unveiled in the village and then returned to London for viewing. About Frank Cottrell-Boyce
Frank Cottrell Boyce's first book, Millions, won the 2004 Carnegie Medal and was shortlisted for the Guardian Children's Fiction Prize. His books Framed and Cosmic were both shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal. Frank is an accomplished, successful and well-known screen and television writer. He lives with his family in Liverpool.
