Forever Again : My Journey to Find Unconditional Love
Benjamin Greggory is an anomaly, you can search every fabric store in the world, and you'll never come across the fabric from which he's cut. Smooth as silk, and even that fails in comparison. The soundtrack of his life plays like a mix of sad love songs on these pages, almost revealing a player's handbook in the spaces between the sentences. Come closer, as he sinks into the quicksand of a misguided child hood. After his parents divorced, he is transported from small-town Indiana to Chicago's merciless inner-city housing projects. At an early age, he endured heartache and pain, Could the accurate meaning of love be loyalty? Does faithfulness equate to monogamy? Is it wrong to stand by your woman at all cost?. These answers are revealed in only a way that he can understand, as the women who indulge in countless liasons with this man, leave stains of torment and moments of triumph in his very soul. Forever Again is a heart-wrenching memoir that delves into a boys world, that is slowly turned inside out. His battle to comprehend life's lessons is blind sided by- abuse, seduction and heartbreak. Some will applaud a man who stays at the side of his woman, no matter how badly she's hurt him, Others will look in disgust at a man who has the power to make loyal housewives disregard their vows, to commit adultery, leaving the husbands, in one case to pay the ultimate price. He learns his strengths and confronts his weaknesses. Lies were revealed, love was distorted and pain was inflicted before forgiveness was shown. Now as a man he must decide how to move forward, how to trust, how to love.
