The board is deemed a commission of the court and acts under its direct supervision. Final Meeting Of Creditors: The board of apportionment, upon completing its work, must call a general meeting of all creditors, and submit to them its final report, with recommendations relating to the manner of the distribution of the estate among the several creditors. No claims are paid until the report is approved. Replevin: Goods which were purchased by the bankrupt for cash within ten days previous to the filing of the petition in bankruptcy, but were not paid for at the time of such filing, may be recovered by the vendor. Time To File Claims: For creditors residing permanently or temporarily in the same city as the bankrupt, two weeks after the last publication; for those residing elsewhere within the Empire, four months: for those residing in foreign countries, one year; when proceedings are had in circuit court, four months for all creditors. Wife's Separate Property: Property of the wife not liable for the debts of a bankrupt includes: (1) Dowry. (2) All property which has come to her by inheritance, purchase, etc., from any person other than the bankrupt. (3) If she is doing business in her own name, all property of any description pertaining to such business. COMMERCIAL COURTS Jurisdiction As To Place: At St. Petersburg, Moscow, Warsaw, Odessa, Archangel, city and district (county); at Taganrog, the cities of Taganrog, Rostov on the Dan and Berdyansk; at Kertch, all cities of the Crimean peninsula; at Kishinef, all cities of the government (province) of Bessarabia.
