And it's the very power of this modern-day profanity that makes it perfect for shaking us Westerners out of the stress and anxiety that dominate our daily lives. So, find out how to say "F**k It "to all your problems and concerns. Say "F**k It "to all the "shoulds" in your life, and finally do what you want--no matter what other people think!

I bought this book initially for the novelty of the title, but as soon as I read the acknowledgements at the beginning of the book, I knew then that this was the book I needed! I've struggled in the past to practice mindfulness and letting go of things, but this book shows you with humour that it is possible and worthwhile. A word of warning though!! If you are reading the book on public transport, you may be prone to fits of laughter and people will probably look at you wondering what on earth you are reading. When that happens, just smile to yourself, take a deep breath, and say "F**k It!"show moreby Tania de Bruin
