The lead rain-water pipes and heads are by G. P. Bankart, London; the marble flooring is by Walton, Gooddy & Cripps, Ltd., London; the iron balconies, railings, including those of the forecourt, are by Shurley & Co. A complete installation of electric light was carried out by Spagnoletti & Co., London, and Longden & Co. installed the heating and hot-water supply. The general contractors were Trollope & Sons and Colls & Sons, Ltd., London, who also carried out the special woodwork, Italian walnut panelling, and wood-carving. Luckley, Wokingham, Berkshire.--This house is situated on the site of an old house in well-wooded country, a mile south of Wokingham. The walls are faced with Sussex clamp bricks with Wrotham bricks as dressings. The roofs are covered with deep red, hand-made Wrotham tiles. The casements and fittings were supplied by Wenham & Waters, Croydon; the grates by Thos. Elsley, Ltd., London. The hall floor is paved with Jarrah wood blocks. The heating apparatus was installed by Renton & Gibbs, Reading; Laurence Turner executed the stone carving. The builder was J. B. Seward, of Wokingham. moulures.
