Schaff, who stated that the meeting was held for the purpose of inviting engineers to see the work of No. 47. No. 47 has a number of fine models, among them being a Corliss Engine and Cameron Steam Pump. After several preliminary meetings, the proposed "Engineers' Club," of New York has been formally organized. The name by which the Club will be known-is, "The Steam Engineers' Club, of New York." The admission fee has been placed at $15.00. with annual dues at $10.00. Arrangements are being made to secure and furnish a club house on East Twenty-Sixth, next door to the Lexington Avenue Power House. The building is three stories high with basement, and will probably be fitted up in the following manner: Bowling Alleys and Bicycle Racks, in the Basement; Meeting Room, Billiard Room and Buffet on First Floor; Library, Reading and Domino Rooms on Second Floor. The Officers of the Club are: President, R. E. Harris. Vice-President, James Anderson. Treasurer, John A. Dally. Secretary. J-W. Lane, Jr. Board of Governors, William F. Yates, R. O. Smith, George F.
