Effective Report Writing for Library and Information Professionals
This course, aimed at all library and information staff, is designed as a modular one-day programme, with the flexibility to either deliver it complete, or as 11 separate sessions. The course contents include: introduction and objectives; importance of effective report writing; what makes an effective report?; reader analysis; aims and objectives; choosing the type of report; writing it; action planning; and review and evaluation. An A4 ringbinder is accompanied by full trainer support materials including OHP originals and a delegate handout pack.
