Our customer reviews

This book contains a strategy for Christian home education which considers all aspects of raising a child within a hierarchical framework. The foundation of the framework is discipleship, and once that is in place adding the three 'r's, oral discussion skills, investigations, and finally discretionary studies. This book will not tell you what, how or when to teach, but does strongly support the Charlotte Mason whole book method without rubbishing other preferences. I found the comparisons between conventional schooling and home education particularly useful as they answer the top four questions we are plagued with: legality, resources, qualifications and more
