Certified yoga instructor Kia Meaux runs her popular Ashtanga classes in the San Fransisco area. Her trademark is a dynamic workout that combines graceful movements with a powerful breathing technique and a focused gaze. Kia was first introduced to yoga while travelling in India in the 1980s, and has since studied with luminaries such as Richard Freeman and David Swenson. She has also completed a Certified Yoga Teacher Training programme with Larry Schultz.show more
