About Lou Pharao

LOU PHARAO grew up in the Bronx. Upon graduating from the police academy he initially became a NYPD Police and Narcotics Officer and then later a Drug Enforcement Administration Federal Agent. Pharao spent thirty-four years in law enforcement and made over 2,000 arrests before retiring. Pharao holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and two master's degrees, one in education and the other in History. He currently resides in Haymarket, Virginia and teaches law and history.show more
