This text addresses the effects of high-use, high-abuse drugs in America in a timely, straightforward fashion. It reflects the most recent research on the most highly addictive drugs, including street, over-the-counter, and prescription drugs. It is designed to be easily accessible to the non-science major, yet comprehensive enough for use by the practicing professional.
