About Bill Berke

William (Bill) Berke (1956-?) grew up in Sherman Oaks, in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, CA. He has been writing stories since childhood. He moved to San Diego, where he still resides, and earned a BA Degree in English Literature with a Creative Writing Emphasis from SDSU. He has written several unpublished novels, and finally brings Dog-Gone Man to the public as a paperback novel. The history of this particular book is lengthy, but the thumbnail version is that it started out as a screenplay. Now it's available as a novel suitable for kids of all ages. One day, hopefully, it will become a movie. Bill will gladly tell anyone, "I want to see the movie."show more
