Said president and secretary shall have no extraordinary powers in the interval, except to call special meetings when, in their judgment, it, tnay be necessary, or at the request of two or more members. They shall also appoint the time and place of holding the semi-annual meeting, when not fixed by the board. 4. The board shall have a general supervision over the entire connection in the interval of the General Conference; but as individual Bishops they shall not interfere with each other's work or charge.
