Veronica Boyle was born of a well-educated and gentle family. Both her parents were medical practicioners. After studying at London University and Cavendish Square Training College, the author taught English literature at the Bexley Technical High School for Girls.Teaching, writing, and education have always been imperishable ideals in the author's life. Her writings are essentially Christian and reflect her great interest in freedom, independence, philanthropy, social justice, and magnanimity.Veronica Boyle wrote an ambitious study on "The Poison of Women in Nineteenth-Century English Literature." She is also the author of four novels which include "A Mind of Her Own" and "The Mind of a Devoted Writer."
