HE detroit clinic is to - be a weekly exponent of Clinical Medicine and Surgery. With that object in view, it will not burden the profession With lengthy editorials nor voluminous extracts from other journals, but will give to them - as its name indicates - clinical te ports of cases in all departments of medi cine and surgery. The editorial staff assure its readers, that they will utilize to that end not only the vast clinical resources of the hospitals and dispensaries of Detroit, but also, as they hope the vast practical experience of the general practitioner.
Another purpose of the clinic will be the consideration of measures which may establish medical education on a higher basis. All personalities will be strictly ex cluded from its columns; our work is legitimate medicine and surgery only.
