About Tony Shillitoe

Tony Shillitoe entered the professional writing arena in 1992, when he published the novel Guardians, the first of the successful Andrakis fantasy series. Kingmaker and Dragonlords followed in 1993. In 1995, he published a children's fantasy, The Last Wizard, which was shortlisted for the Aurealis Fantasy Fiction Award. His short stories have appeared in various anthologies, and in 1999 he published his first young adult novel, Joy Ride. He is Head of English at Concordia College and lives in Adelaide.
