Excerpt: ...the Convention Notices of shall be given in the manner and form prescribed by the Convention. iieiismn' vows The Convention shall prescribe the manner and form of voting at canvassed such election, and the ballots for use in such election shall be printed accordingly, by the officials charged with the duty of printing ballots for use in general elections. The votes cast at such election shall be tabulated, returned and canvassed in such manner as may be directed by the Convention. 10. Every person who, at the time of the holding of any Who ma? vote primary or other election provided for in this Act, is a qualified iii rssi: oiiiiri _ elector under the Constitution and laws of this State, shall be. entitled to vote in such election. The primary and other elections provided for in this Act shall be held at the places fixed by law for the holding of general elections and shall be conducted by the officials, judges and clerks charged with the duty of conducting general elections. Disrespect to convention to be punished Public oflicers to furnish documents required, etc. Appropriation All laws then in force inrelation to the registrationof voters in primary and general elections, and all laws then in force for the prevention of fradulent and illegal voting, shall be applicable to the primary and other elections providedfor in this Act. ' All laws in force governing elections and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, or with powers exercised under the terms hereof, shall apply to and govern elections held under the terms of this Act.. 11.
