Our customer reviews
This is one of the worst comic books / graphic novels I've ever read. Its plot is this (minor spoiler alert):
Doomsday causes destruction, heroes fight it and get beaten. Doomsday causes destruction, heroes fight it and get beaten. Superman fights Doomsday without success and tires. Doomsday causes destruction, heroes fight it and get beaten. Superman gets back into the fight, fights Doomsday without success and tires. Superman gets back into the fight, fights Doomsday without success and gets beaten. Superman gets back into the fight, fights Doomsday, beats him and dies.
The writing is not that good, the art is okay but nothing special, there's very little to redeem this bland book. It's possible that the following volumes offer more interest, but after this I'm not even going to try them. I'm giving this a score of 2 because it could be worse (the art is okay, after all), but I really had to force myself to slog through this.show more
