It's been two weeks since that fateful day of Amelia's first Adventure, and the resulting paranoia has reached an all time high. Amelia's mother has begun to worry. After revealing her secret, Amelia finds herself a Bella once again; not in the Caribbean, but an epic fantasy that rings oddly familiar. Join Bella as she befriends unlikely allies and makes deadly enemies in a heroic attempt to prevent the end of freedom and the eventual close to humanity. Enlisted alongside a hermit wizard by rebel Alastair Varr, Bella discovers she had only scratched the surface of a multi-universal reality that will influence the rest of her life.

About Lauren Kayla Johnson

Lauren Kayla Johnson attends a private school in American Fork, Utah with her three younger siblings. If she could be a story walker, she would in a heartbeat. Her character, Amelia Carter, is actually based off herself (with a few alterations added). Lauren's other hobbies include drawing, painting, singing, sewing, reading, and watching Doctor Who and Lord of the Rings. She has a cordial disdain for mathematics and an accidental disrespect for gravity. Her biggest regret is that Peter Pan never came to take her to Neverland all those years ago. Darkened Plains of Battles Lost is Lauren's second novel.
