I have had read this book when I took it out from my local library and it has the sort of meals that me and my husband love. So I want it in my kitchen so that I can cook the recipes often. It's not that we want to lose weight but we want to eat more wholesome foods, and the recipes all are calorie counted. I think it is a great recipe book and will recomend it to anyone that has the desire to change their eating more
