This action being at issue having been brought to trial at the Special Term of this Court, held in and for the County of Delaware on the 24th day of February, 1903, Justice Burr Mattice presiding, and he having died without determining the same and the attorneys for the respective parties having submitted the case for determination at the Special Term of this Court held at Chambers in the City of Binghamton, Broome County, N. Y., on the 23rd day of July, 1904, held by Mr. Justice Lyon, and the Court having made its findings of fact and conclusions of law and duly signed the same, wherein it is found that the plaintiff is the owner of lot subdivision four, of lot number nineteen in division number 57 of Great Lot number 36 of the Hardenburgh Patent, and is entitled to a permanent injunction restraining the defendants and each of them and the agents and servants of each from entering upon said lot number four and cutting or removing, trees, timber or wood thereon, with six cents damage and costs against the defendants, Gary Williams and Charles Williams, and the plaintiff's costs 262 Final Judgment and...
