Nothing in this agreement shall prevent the City of Bloomington from removing said building at an earlier date than herein mentioned if same may become necessary for the protection of the inhabitants of said city. We wiil further agree that this agreement will be binding on the association who has this matter in charge; we also agree to keep the City of Bloomington harmless from any damages that may be caused by this action. Building Commitiee. Dated this 29th day of October, A. D. 1907. Adopted. Ald. Costello, of the Committee on Fire Depnntment, presented the monthly report of the Fire Marshal for the month of October. Received and placed on file. Ald. Freese, of the Water Board, presented the following report: To the Honorable, the Mayor, and the City Council of the City of Bloomington." Gentlemen: The following is my report for the month of October: There was pumped for the month fifty-seven million one hundred and twenty thousand gallons of water. There has been no serious trouble of any kind at the works during the month. The treating tanks are being covered in accordance with your orders of last month and the same will be complete within a few days. We have received notice of the shipment of the boiler feed pump on Oct. 28th, from Dayton, Ohio, and the same is expected at any time. I most respectfully ask Your Honorable Body for an order for the necessary piping, valves and fittings, for connecting this pump to boilers upon the arrival of same, as it is badly needed.-All of which is respectfully submitted.
