I love Yoshiko's book! It is firstly extremely informative, anything you ever wanted to know about soy or tofu has been covered. All the different types of soy products and how to use them have been listed as well as different types of tofu and how to use them. The recipes are clear and easy to follow and the photos present the foods beautifully! We have added quite a few of these recipes to our family favourites list! Amazing book and amazing value.
