About Angela Dailey
Angela Dailey is a licensed clinical social worker who has been treating all types of mental illness for over 25 years. She has had an interest in nutrition for decades and its relationship to mental health since she embarked on her degree in psychology. She writes a blog about the food-mood connection and its sister Facebook page at Facebook.com/mentalhealthfood. She also writes continuing education courses for mental health therapists on lifestyle strategies that benefit mental health and teaches college level sociology and psychology. Angela Dailey is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and American Nutrition Association. She has a private practice in Montana where she grows organic vegetables and rides horses.
