I pre-ordered this book, and received it earlier than I expected. The book is definitely not for beginners. However it is a great reference book for making beautiful designs that most books require to be made with mazipan or fondant techniques. Unlike most books this is all about buttercream, and it even goes into step-by-step instructions on how to make a transfer to place on your cake. Beautiful photos. This book also encourages cake decorators to venture out with their own artistic talents to decorate cakes! Great buy!show more
