Sec. 2. The President, Vice President and Treasurer, shall discharge the duties usually pertaining to such offices.
Sec. 3. The Recording Secretary shall keep all the records and proceedings of the Society. Shall be the custodian of all its books, papers and records, and shall submit a report to the Society of its doings at each recurring reunion.
Sec. 4. The Corresponding Secretary shall attend to all its correspondence make all needed arrangements for its meetings and reunions, and shall, aided by the ten Company Secretaries, perform such other duties as. Shall be provided for in the by-laws of this Society.
