And the Senate agree to the same. Amendment numbered 40: That the House recede from its disagreement to the amendment of the Senate numbered 40, and agree to the same with an amendment as follows: In the proposed amendment strike out the words "and Round Lake" where they last occur, near the close of the paragraph; and the Senate agree to the same. Amendment numbered 41: That the House recede from its disagreement to the amendment of the Senate numbered 41, and agree to the same with an amendment as follows: In the proposed amendment strike out the words "shall be immediately" and insert in lieu thereof may, in the discretion of the Secretary of War, be; and the Senate agree to the same.
