In left arm the elbow jork is present. Crises, none. Pupillar inequality, none. No optic atrophy. Sexual desiresame as at last report. Myosis, none. Coordinating powers somewhat improved. Patient has passed a pleasant year. With his increased coordinating power he has enjoyed more freedom, and considers himself improving. His treatment has been argent, phos. and mix vomica. i CA8B 7. Service of Asst. Surg. J. L. Fryer. Andrew J. Arnett, late Company B, Sixth Kansas Infantry. Very little change hag taken place in the condition of this man since last report. His ataxic symptoms have grown steadily worse, so that he oan not walk unless somebody is by to help him. Pretent condition.--No joint affeotions. Says he can predict a storm from pain in legs. Anaesthesia in legs and abdomen, marked. Conduction delayed in left foot 3 seconds; left leg, 2 seconds; left thigh, 1 seconds; right foot, 2 seconds; right leg, H seconds; right thigh, 1 seconds. Elbow and knee jerk abolished. Gastrointestinal crises, none. Conduction in upper extremities, left hand delayed 2 seconds. Transient paralysis, none. No change in electrical reaction sinee last report. PnpiDar inequality, none. No myosin. Pupils do not respond to light. Coordinating power, same as at last report. Bladder trouble present.
