About Dr Frank Salmon
Reverend Dr. James H. Salmon, M.D., FACS, CPA (Certified Pesticide Applicator) earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his M.D. from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia. He did his neurosurgical residency at Yale University. The author was a medical officer in the U.S. Navy and enjoyed professorships at several universities, including Yale, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Cincinnati. He has written extensively for numerous medical journals and, when not writing, enjoys studying World War II, doing stand-up comedy, public speaking, and playing tennis with his wife, Louisa.
