In favor of Bernard Daugherty, Esquire, for one hundred pounds, in one month from the date hereof, in part of his contract for supplying the Rangers and militia, stationed in Bedford county for defence of the frontiers with provisions, for which he is to account. In favor of the said Bernard Dougherty, Esquire, for one hundred pounds specie, in two months from the date hereof, in part of said contract, for which he is to account. In favor of said Bernard Dougherty, for three hundred pounds specie, in three months from the date hereof, in part of the said contract, for which he is to account. A letter from the Minister of'Foreign Affairs of thefifteenth of of September, 1782, informing the Board that he has lately received 'oflicial advices from Mr. Adams, of the resolutions of their high mightinesses, the States General of the United Provinces of 'the Netherlands, to receive and acknowledge the said Mr Adams in quality of Minister Plenipotentiary of the United States of America, and requesting the Council to cause the same to be made publie, was read; whereupon, The following proclamation was agreed to for the purpose aforesaid: By his Eaccellency WILLIAM MOORE, Esquire, President, and the Supreme Ease-: ut1.'1: e Council of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
