Sections one to eighty-eight, inclusive, comprise the charter, proper, of the city, compiled from the various acts of the General Assembly, granting charter powers to the municipality.
Sections eighty-nine to one hundred and nineteen, inclusive, are public laws of the State of Georgia, which, by reason of their general. Applicability to the subject of municipal corporations, are appropriate to be included in a work of this character.
Sections one hundred and twenty to six hundred and seventeen, inclusive, comprise the enactments of the mayor and council of the city.
