Clondrohid is a small village in County Cork, Ireland, four miles (6 km) north of Macroom. Population is estimated as 55 people living in the village, with a further 45 living nearby. The name of the village means 'the meadow of the bridges'. This is because of the many bridges in the area. Local amenities include Clondrohid National School and community hall and a number of shops, pubs and services. A creche is next to the GAA pitch. The village is home to Clondrohid GAA club. It has both hurling and football teams; both compete in the Muskerry division.
