(Reported for The Clinic.1 Gentlemen: --The patient before you has been under mv care at different times during the past four years. She is 36 years of age, German, unmarried. She menstruated at 16, and for several years subsequently naturally and without pain. From this we are justified in the belief that there was no congenital or acquired uterine deformity or flexure or disease. Four years ago when she came under my care, she was suffering of dysmenorrhea, which was agonizing. I learned that this had been her condition for more than two years. An examination revealed a tumor of considerable size in the left anterior wall of the uterus, reaching downward to and obstructing the os-internum. There was also ante-flexion of the uterus.
