J. W. Copelin. of Chicago, to take their photographs.--lt is rumored that Physicus will go down in all ills glory amid the roaring and crackling of the destroying element.--Hon. William P. Wells has accepted the invitation of the laws to address them on Washington's birthday, the 22d inst.--A freshman sent a perspective view of an old maid to his fond one for a valentine. This is intended to bring her to terms at once.--Examinations for the first semester are over. The usual number of trunks are packed and ready to be shipped at a moment's notice.--Prof. Angell will deliver a course of lectures on the subject of international Law during the next semester on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3 P. M. as before. i--lt is rumored that there is one poor sophomore most thoroughly disgusted with the action of the faculty in abolishing commencement appointments.--A freshman who carefully copies all his letters before sending them informs us that he does this to save his biographer the trouble of collecting their scattered remnants in writing his life.--A senior has sent the notes he took in studying Horace to his historian to have them embodied in the class history.
