Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Chris Dugan is an Audio Engineer, Photographer, Videographer, and Musician. Entering the music realm as a drummer in his elementary school days, Chris Dugan had an instinctual progression towards engineering. The purist recording styles of albums from the 60's and 70's sparked Dugan's interest in recording early on. In 1996, he opened Nu-Tone Studios in Pittsburg, Ca with fellow engineer Willie Samuels. Nu-Tone quickly became an indie band favorite, drawing in many local artists as well as local record labels Lookout, Adeline, and Alternative Tentacles. In 2003, The Effection, with Dugan as the band's drummer, released the album "Soundtrack To A Moment" on Adeline Records.
