About Iris a Billy

Iris Billy is a lecturer of Business/Management in the Business Department of a college in the inner-city Brooklyn, New York. She received her B.S and her M.S from Mercy College Dobbs Ferry NY and has completed her Ph.D. degree in Organizational Management/Leadership. After working with corporate America for many years Iris decided to concentrate on her teaching and coaching/mentoring career. In addition to teaching, Iris is a regular contributor to E-zine with articles on leadership/management. She has published various EBooks on Change Management, Leadership for the 21st Century and beyond, and an audio book on achieving personal success and change management.
