The Builders' association have agreed to our demands for 60 cents per hour, an eight hour day and Saturday half-holiday. The old scale was 50 cents per hour and working hours 50 per week. W. C. Arnold, R. S. Salinas, Cal., L. U. 925. On March 1, our scale was changed from $4.50 to $5.00 per day of eight hours. Trade conditions in the district are very good. John Grau, R. S. Sault Ste.
