About Dupuy

George M. Dupuy, Ph.D., is Professor of Economics and Business Administration at Presbyterian College; formerly, he was a professor at the University of Virginia and dean of the Lynchburg College School of Business. He earned his MBA and Ph.D. degrees from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina. David H. Dupuy began his career in banking at Bank of America (formerly NationsBank) and quickly advanced to vice president in the Healthcare Banking Group. After earning his MBA, David left banking to become a founding owner and CFO of a healthcare company headquartered in Nashville. After only 12 years of work, David is already in his third career and recognizes the benefit of actively managing one's career. David graduated from Furman University, where he majored in business administration. He earned his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, where he graduated with more
