Sayward, Sec'y N. A. of B. Announcement. Owing to an accident which has temporarily disabled my assistant the official report of "the Seventh Convention will be still further delayed. Several misfortunes--one of them my own sickness--have combined to delay the publication of the report longer than usual, for which I hope allowance will be made by the filial bodies. To partially make up for the above mentioned delay, arrangements have been made to issue the annual report of the secretary in a separate pamphlet and copies will be mailed to all constituent bodies at once.
