About Charlotte Carr

Charlotte Carr is an actress, voice artist, presenter and blogger. Charlotte's paleo journey started in 2012 with the birth of her son, Willow, who was born with a compromised gut and immune system. She is the author of popular baby and nutrition website Bubbayumyum and is a qualified holistic health coach. Helen Padarin is a naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist practicing from two clinics in Sydney. She collaborates with chef Pete Evans on his television program The Paleo Way and, together with Pete, is an ambassador for the Mindd Foundation. She provides post-graduate education for GPs, naturopaths, nutritionists and other health care professionals and contributes regularly to popular health magazines and clinical textbooks on food, healing and nutrition. Pete Evans is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, author, TV presenter, health coach, adventure seeker and father.
