About Patrick Hulbert

Patrick Hulbert took up the sport of bowls at the age of nine. A fourth-generation bowler, he represented the England junior team from 2006-2013, amassing twenty-four caps at junior level. He has also represented England in China and America. Patrick has won numerous county titles out of Leicestershire and is the former editor of Bowls International magazine, the market-leading bowls publication since 1981, taking over the editorship at the age of twenty-three. He has written for a number of local newspapers, Pitch Care magazine and The Daily Telegraph and is currently the editor of Time Out Doha.
