Saw this book in Australia and its a must for anyone who enjoys good food, particularly if you are diabetic. It is written by a British trained chef (now living in Sydney) who is passionate about food and has had to adapt his recipes as he himself is diabetic. The book is beautifully illustrated and the pictures guaranteed to get the taste buds working overtime.show moreby Mrs Audrey Mundy
