Description

Excerpt from The Blind, Vol. 15: Occasional Paper; July 20th, 1901 As it is now more than seven years since the last conference was held, and as there are many points of great importance for discussion and consideration, there is apparently a consensus of opinion that it is desirable and advisable to hold a conference next year, it being too late to organise one properly this year. The Editor will be pleased to hear at the earliest convenience the Opinions of those interested in the Blind on this question, and if they consider a conference to be necessary, to know when and where they think it should be held, leaving for future consideration the subjects to be discussed.
