What shall I render to the Lord for all His benefits toward me?" Hear our prayers and praises in the Saviour's name; to-whom be glory in the highest, world "without end. Amen. SUNDAY MORNING. Give us that confidence in Thee which Thy children ought to feel. May we believe that Thou art a rewarder of those who diligently seek Thee. Oh give us confidence in Thee and in Thy promises. Let not the spirit of unbelief weaken the efficacy of our devotions, or lead us to ask, What profit shall there be if we pray to Him? We beseech Thee to save us from the spirit of impious distrust, and may we become so earnest and persevering in our prayers, that we may have reason to confess that it has been good for us to draw near unto God.
