The Blackberry Bush : Come on a treasure hunt through the landscape of your soul
Josh grows up as an artistic and gifted California Golden Boy, but for all that life has handed to him, he struggles with his identity and role in the world. Surrounded by unrealistic expectations, he feels hedged in. Kati's German heritage presents its own obstacles to understanding herself and what freedom means. She is crushed by disappointment at never being enough--especially for a mother who cannot be satisfied. As Josh and Kati's lives unfold, longing for true freedom reverberates in their souls. Come discover with them the life-transforming power of a "chance encounter"...or is it chance after all?

About David Housholder
DAVID HOUSHOLDER, studied as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Bonn (Germany). His wife Wendy's family is from Rotterdam, Holland. David and Wendy make their two homes in Southern California, one near the beach in Orange County, and one in a vintage trailer in the Low Desert east of San Diego. They lead a Spirit-filled church (RobinwoodChurch.com) on Sundays and would love to meet you there. David and Wendy are always dabbling in a side-hustle (radio, working at local universities, vocational life coaching, surfing lessons, renting out an Air BnB room in their beach house, etc). You can follow David's audio podcast teachings by downloading the free RobinApp for your smartphone or by hunting for Robinwood Church on iTunes. They have one adult son who was born in Germany, and have pretty much always had a cat around. If you ring the doorbell, and David does not answer, he's probably out back working on his 1971 VW Bus, Red Rover. For more info, check out Thornheart.com or @LibertyHous on Twitter and Instagram
