Gregory Atkins DSc is a Fellow Emeritus of the Department of Microbiology, Moyne Institute of Preventive Medicine, Trinity College Dublin. Sandra Amor PhD is a Professor and Head of MS Research, Pathology Department, VU Medical Center, Amsterdam, The Netherlands and has an honorary position at Queen Mary, University of London.
