About Marco Rixecker

Marco Rixecker is the creator and author of the 'Blind Taste Cultural Guidebooks' which are derived from interviews conducted with "Locals & Protagonists" and from his personal observations and travel notes. For years he has traveled on historic roads and itineraries such as 'Route 66', the 'Lewis & Clark Trail' and the 'Pan - American Highway'. He is a freelance journalist, reporter, cook, writer, poet, singer and songwriter, and speaks several languages. And he keeps traveling the world. This cultural guidebook has been written with the Peruvian journalist Luis Deza Leon who, as a "local coordinator," can conduct and organize daytrips and overnight excursions to Caral and to the Supe River Valley out of his hometown, Lima. As an "international coordinator," Marco can organize these cultural expeditions hand in hand with language lessons, cooking classes and other services ...
