Up until now, trends in our working and our personal lives have tended to be addressed separately. But things are changing. These days we are endlessly encouraged to ?work on the person? and the mind, body & spirit philosophy is increasingly finding its way into all corners of our lives. Being the Best catches this wave masterfully. It shares a straightforward strategy of success with the reader; identify your niche, follow the guidelines, and business and personal chaos around you will drop away.

How might you use the A to Z? Here are some suggestions:

1. Focus on a different letter each day of the month.

2. Choose a letter which appeals and focus on it until you feel you are living and breathing the principle.

3. Should you set up a learning team, get different members of the team to work on different aspects.

Above all, start giving attention to the characteristics you most want to develop. There are principles encapsulated in the A to Z which we break at our own peril.
