About MR Jay Allen

Jay Allen joined the Royal Army Medical Corps in 1992. Recently left college with 1 years work experience under his belt, he joined as a 'way out' a method of escape from his past, and an opportunity to see more of the world. Over the next 12 years, operational commitments took him all over the world, until a diagnosis of PTSD saw him medically discharged in 2004. However, the lessons he had learned has enabled him to turn misfortune to fortune, with an accolade of achievements including 2 x Global Entrepreneur ' Big Impact to Business' Award winner 2012 & 2013, sitting on the Non-Exec Board for 2 National Businesses and Regional Ambassador for the forces charity Combat Stress.
